1. Service Scope

We provide video editing services based on the content and instructions you provide. Any additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

2. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery time depends on project length and complexity.

• Rush delivery may be available for an added fee.

3. Payments

• Payments are due before editing begins unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Wise, Bank Transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription within the 14-day trial period for a full refund. However, cancellation is only permitted after the delivery of the first video. If the client submits a second video request, the cancellation option is no longer applicable.

5. Copyright & Ownership

• You retain full rights to your original content.

• We retain the right to decline work that includes illegal or explicit content.

6. Portfolio Use

We may feature portions of your final video in our portfolio or on our social media channels solely to showcase our editing work. Full credit will be given to your brand, and we will clearly state that we handled the editing.
